Are you struggling to get to sleep, staying asleep or sleeping too much? This package offers CBT-based techniques to help you change your relationship with sleep. We will explore your sleep routine, sleep habits and beliefs that may be contributing to poor sleep. The treatment for insomnia has has multiple components which will include:

 

  • Providing information about the connection between thoughts, feelings, behaviors and sleep 

  • Changing inaccurate or unhelpful thoughts about sleep.

  • Relaxation training, stimulus control, and sleep restriction promote relaxation and help to establish healthy sleep habits.

Although things may feel difficult and heavy right now, this package aims to meet you where you are. Through exploration of your thoughts, feelings and behaviours as well as your past experiences, this package aims to leave you feeling uplifted and restored.

Time to be Compassionate

  • Do you struggle to be kind to yourself?

  • Do you highlight the negatives of your life and discount the positives? Are you constantly setting unrealistic expectations for yourself that are hard to reach? Low self-worth and self-criticism are common experiences that we will all encounter at some point in our lives. It is not our fault that we feel this way, however, it is our responsibility to alleviate our suffering. The ‘Time to be compassionate’ package offers a range of emotional healing strategies to help you build your capacity for compassion towards yourself and others.
